These terms govern use of the Oracles Africa website. A website enquiry does not create a service contract or guarantee acceptance of work.
Indicative pricing
Prices shown on this website are indicative, exclude VAT unless stated otherwise and remain subject to scope, availability and a written quotation or statement of work. The workflow-audit credit applies only where confirmed in writing and implementation begins within the stated period.
Paid work
Services begin only after both parties accept a written scope, commercial terms and payment requirements. Deliverables, ownership, confidentiality, support and acceptance criteria will be defined in that agreement.
AI systems
AI-assisted systems can produce errors and require controls appropriate to their use. Authority boundaries, approvals and human responsibilities are agreed per engagement. Oracles Africa does not warrant that automated output will be error-free or appropriate for decisions outside the agreed scope.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding and original materials are protected. Client-specific intellectual property rights are determined by the relevant written agreement.

Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful material or use automated means to abuse the enquiry service.
Availability
We may change, suspend or withdraw website content without notice. Links and service descriptions may change as products mature.
Governing law
Unless a written agreement states otherwise, these website terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
