Privacy notice
Oracles Africa collects only the information needed to assess enquiries, deliver agreed services, maintain security and meet legal obligations.
Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we may collect your name, work email, company, phone number, process description, systems, budget range, referral source and basic technical information used for security and abuse prevention.
How we use it
- Assess and respond to your enquiry.
- Prepare an audit, proposal or statement of work.
- Deliver and support contracted services.
- Protect the website and prevent spam or fraud.
- Meet applicable accounting and legal requirements.
Lawful handling
We process enquiry data with your consent and where necessary to take steps toward a contract. Contract and billing records may be retained where required by law.
Storage and security
Enquiry data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission is entirely risk free. Do not submit passwords, access tokens or highly sensitive records through the enquiry form.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with infrastructure or professional service providers only where needed to operate the service, deliver contracted work or comply with law.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are periodically deleted when no longer commercially or legally necessary. Contract, security and billing records may be retained for longer periods.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions, by submitting an enquiry headed “Privacy request”.
South African users
This notice is intended to align with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). Questions or complaints should first be directed to Oracles Africa through the enquiry form.
